So Fioni doesn’t technically fall under the Designers for Payless category, but their booties are a great way to try out a sought-after Fall ’09 80′s trend without any heavy commitment. If the purple is a bit too Pat Benatar they also come in black, not to mention their similarity to other pricier designer versions. The runways were also rife with what is, in my opinion, the most flattering shoe style on just about everyone – the T-strap. The ‘Exeter’ pumps are an easy way to add them to your arsenal without having to take out a second mortgage – be sure to check out the purple version as well…

I just bought the Fioni ruffle bootie, and it is WONDERFUL! The description online doesn’t say that there’s a 1 inch hidden platform, but there is, so really you’re getting a 4 inch heel for only 3 inches of lift/arch pain/teetering/ect. And the bootie part is so low that it’s very flattering to the ankle–more like a pump. Finally, I typically wear an 8 1/2 but the 7 1/2 fits like a glove. Bonus!

LOVED THE T Straps so much, bought the other day and loving!

  3. LOVE T-straps. So classy & 40s!

Finally! Some normal looking designer shoes for Payless! Tired of the stilty, circus-y, cross-dress-platform-y ones. I might actually wear these.
