Silence & Noise Belted Navajo Cardigan

I’m a sucker for a cozy sweater, possibly because I so infrequently get to wear one in SoCal. Every time I put on a big chunky cardigan, I can’t help but think about an ex who always said how unattractive they are; that only other girls liked the way ‘those’ sweaters looked on girls. That being said, I couldn’t care less and am particularly drawn to this one. I think because it’s not unlike one that I dug up (literally) years ago in the dollar bin at the Goodwill. It is my most favorite sweater ever, and whenever I wear it I receive lots of compliments. I love the colors and print on this one, and picture it w/ black jeans, boots, and the dichotomy of a soft, cotton, lacy tank. I’m usually a big acrylic sweater snob, but my Goodwill fave is super soft and even easier to care for – just throw it in the washer and dryer. (Not to mention it’s super kid friendly.) The fact that’s it’s not so ‘precious’ makes it all the more so to me.
