For thirty bucks, this is just too pretty to pass up! There’s something really simple about it, yet at the same time, so much embellishment in the construction of the blouse itself. I think it looks much more expensive than it actually is, not to mention it’s forgiving cut – high on the shoulders to flatter your arms, and loose in the tummy to hide, well…you know; It would be a perfect match for spring’s new cropped pants. I so dig Ruche – it’s like the cheap Anthropologie!
