So I’ve realized that this post is serving double duty; I came across these Pierre Hardy for Gap boots and fell instantly in love. I cannot get them fast enough. I love the cut, color, and price. I’m in.

That being said, when I was looking for a photo of them to share with you, I came across the fall 2009 ready-to-wear collection from Gap, and was pleasantly surprised! I must admit that I’ve been quite underwhelmed with Gap for the past few seasons, but am thoroughly impressed with what I’ve seen for fall. I’m especially digging the whole modern, Navajo, seventies, Mad Max, vibe pictured here, complete with snood (more on those later). There were several other ensembles that I liked almost as much – certainly worth a look at Style.com, if you have a sec. Kudos Gap! Now – I’m hedging my bets as to whether or not I’ll be able to walk in the boots…
