These are too good to pass up! The shift (originally marked at $275) is a gorgeous, versatile, classic that can be dressed either up or down, depending. It will save you countless times from the ‘I have a formal event WTF do I wear?’ dilemma. You will have it forever, I promise. The booties (down from $99)? Same deal versatility wise, however they probably won’t save you, and will last only several seasons in lieu of forever. That’s not really the same deal at all now that I think about it, but for seventy bucks…?

Run to Calypso to scoop up this lovely dupioni silk shift! Marked down from $195, it comes in eight brilliant colors, so gorgeous I can’t decide which I like best. ‘Cardinal’ would be the ideal choice for spring, since red is enjoying such a redux, but if your eyes are even a teeny bit blue? Go for ‘Cyan.’ This dress makes sense in so many ways, giving you even more for your money; It’s comfortable and forgiving, not to mention it would work with everything from flip flops to heels. I would pair it up with the ‘shoe of the moment,’ a.k.a those wooden platform sandals I can’t believe I actually like. You know the ones – here…

It isn’t often that you’ll find two classically cut dresses (that are actually cute) for around a hundred bucks each. I love the simplicity of this black, Vince, shift. While the cut is understated, I’m digging the rectangular, matte, paillettes (a great take on the shiny, round ones that make you look like a showgirl). This would look gorgeous over a pair of opaque, black, tights with booties, or on it’s own with bare legs (in the warmer months, of course)!
